The ATH M®74Z PLUS redefines efficiency and safety in passenger-car wheel fitting. The heart of the system is the newly designed assist mounting arm A74, which noticeably eases the entire workflow. For maximum visual control during the critical demounting process, a camera is integrated into the assist arm. It transmits the image of the underside of the wheel in real time directly to the ergonomically positioned control unit, reliably preventing hidden damage to the tyre bead or rim.

The machine is designed as a rear-pivot unit with a pneumatic mounting head and is precisely controlled via clearly arranged foot pedals. Wheels are clamped flexibly via a height-adjustable centre-bore mounting using a clamping flange and quick-release nut. The design is complemented by a powerful lateral bead breaker fitted with a double-acting aluminium cylinder and an integrated anti-jamming system.

Thanks to the pneumatically controlled assist mounting arm and the WDK kit included in the scope of delivery, effortless and damage-free demounting and mounting of demanding low-profile, UHP and run-flat tyres is permanently guaranteed. An integrated wheel lift to protect operating personnel, a precise quick-release chuck and a pneumatic mounting finger round off the full equipment package, making the ATH M®74Z PLUS a future-proof investment for productivity-oriented vehicle workshops and tyre service specialists.
