The professional axle stand set was specially designed for the extreme demands of the commercial vehicle and heavy-duty sector. It serves to reliably secure vehicles during repair and maintenance work beneath a vehicle lift or workshop crane. Each of the two stands included in the set is designed for a load capacity of up to 8,500 kg, ensuring overall protection at the highest safety level.

Height adjustment is flexible and stepwise, within a working range of 1,370 mm to 1,970 mm. This allows the support to be precisely adapted to the respective vehicle as well as to the individual working height.

A central ergonomic and safety feature is the integrated chassis. The spring-mounted castors allow low-effort, precise manoeuvring of the axle stand to the desired point of application. As soon as the axle stand is put under load, the castors automatically compress. The stand then sits flush and completely stable on the workshop floor. Once unloaded, the system automatically rises back onto the castors, ensuring time-saving transport to the next place of use.

The robust steel construction, of a distortion-free design, withstands the heaviest loads and ensures a long service life in daily workshop use.
