This adapter set, comprising a large cone and large flange, is the ideal system extension for vehicle workshops and tyre services that professionally handle heavy commercial vehicle wheels in addition to passenger car wheels. The set was specially developed to safely and precisely clamp wheels with large hub bore diameters, as commonly found on vans and light trucks, onto the wheel balancer.

Compatible machine models: W24, W44, W64 as well as the pneumatic versions W44P and W64P.

Shaft dimension: Perfectly matched to main shafts with a diameter of 40 mm.

Due to the high dead weight of light truck complete wheels, clamping places extremely high demands on the material. The combination of a large centring cone and the precisely dimensioned flange ensures a large-area, form-fitting and tilt-proof seating of the wheel on the shaft.
