When mounting tubeless tyres, the problem frequently occurs that the tyre beads, due to storage, transport or rim geometry, do not sit tightly enough against the rim flanges. A conventional inflation attempt via the valve fails in these cases, as the supplied compressed air escapes before pressure can build up.

The tyre bead-seating tank with a container volume of 40 litres offers the technically sophisticated solution for this. The system stores compressed air in the tank and releases it abruptly between the tyre bead and the rim flange via a large-dimensioned quick-release valve.
