The lever-less tyre changer ATH M®94Z is designed for high-productivity continuous operation on modern car and SUV wheels. With a flexible clamping range of 13 to 30 inches, a maximum rim width of 15 inches, and a wheel diameter of up to 1,200 mm, the machine fully covers the entire spectrum of current wheel-tyre combinations. The lever-less mounting system eliminates mechanical damage to the rim surface by design. Combined with the controlled double bead breaker system and a bead breaking force of 7,600 N, the safe release of the tyre bead is guaranteed even with extremely stiff runflat and low-profile tyres.

The frequency-controlled direct drive with a torque of up to 1,200 Nm and a steplessly adjustable speed of 0 to 13 rpm ensures a powerful and precise process. The working speed can thus be precisely matched to the respective tyre type. The integrated upper auxiliary arm guides the tyre into the optimal position throughout the entire mounting process. A powerful wheel lift automatically positions heavy wheels at working height, reduces physical strain on the operator to a minimum, and, together with the centrally positioned controls, optimises workflows in professional workshop operation.
