The motorcycle flange RMF1085 is the professional system solution for precise, time-saving balancing of motorcycle wheels on passenger car wheel balancers. The design features a flexible driving disc that, during the clamping process, adapts to the geometry of the motorcycle rim in a form-fitting manner, ensuring absolutely reliable wheel entrainment. This direct friction-locked connection eliminates the need for error-prone, heavy extension arm systems. This eliminates material-specific inherent imbalances of the clamping device and guarantees measurement results at the highest level.

The mechanical handling is specifically designed for workshop ergonomics and process acceleration. The wheel is positioned and fixed on the shaft without laborious adjustment work on arms or adapters. The system can be universally used for all common rim types, with only the rim's inner bore diameter needing to be taken into account. The set includes a shaft measuring 14 x 310 mm, a cone receptacle for the ranges 16 to 25 mm and 21 to 35 mm, and precise centring sleeves in the nominal sizes 17, 20 and 25 mm.
