The pneumatic mounting finger sustainably optimises the tyre mounting process and increases efficiency in the professional automotive workshop. The lever-free mounting system completely replaces the manual use of tyre levers and reliably protects rims as well as tyre edges from damage.

The system is based on a robust base unit made of hard-wearing special steel and a precisely shaped steel mounting head. Control is via a sensitive joystick that operates a powerful aluminium pneumatic cylinder. Due to the high force output of the pneumatic cylinder, the main mechanical load during the mounting step is taken on completely by the system. This results in noticeable physical relief for workshop staff and enables permanently ergonomic precision working.
