The pneumatic mounting finger with quick-release chuck optimises workflows during tyre mounting and increases efficiency in daily workshop operation. The lever-free system enables precise demounting and mounting of tyres without the need to use conventional auxiliary tools such as tyre levers. This effectively avoids damage to the rim and tyre.

The design consists of an extremely resilient base unit made of special steel and a specially shaped steel mounting head. A powerful aluminium pneumatic cylinder is controlled directly via a sensitive joystick. The high force output of the pneumatic cylinder takes on the main mechanical load, drastically reducing the physical strain on operating staff and enabling ergonomic working.

A key advantage is the integrated quick-release chuck. This enables straightforward and rapid exchange of the mounting finger for a standard mounting head.
