The professional centring flange kit RSF0009 is designed for daily, demanding use on truck wheel balancers with a 40 mm shaft receptacle. It ensures error-free centring and secure locking of almost all common truck and light truck wheels with steel or aluminium rims.
Mechanical centring via the bolt holes reliably prevents clamping errors, which can lead to distorted measurement results with conventional systems. The system is based on a well-thought-out two-component construction for optimal force distribution: the larger flange, made of aluminium, accommodates the matching centring bolts, while the softer aluminium material protects the sensitive rim surfaces. The smaller flange, made of robust iron, is firmly mounted on the wheel balancer and functions as a stable counter-bearing as well as a flat contact surface for the rim shoulder. The final fixation of the wheel is achieved simply with a standard quick-release nut.
Thanks to the variable hole receptacles from 19 to 33 mm and from 13 to 44 mm, combined with the included measuring gauge (measuring range 55 to 150 mm), this set covers an extremely wide range of applications and enables fast, precise determination of the PCD directly on the vehicle.
