This workshop roller board was specifically developed for use in the bead-breaking area of tyre changers, to significantly ease the positioning and handling of wheels during the demounting process. Thanks to its integrated bearings, the support enables force-saving, precise rotation of the tyre between individual bead-breaking steps. This significantly minimises the physical workload for workshop personnel while at the same time protecting the rim and tyre bead from unnecessary lateral forces. The robust construction is designed for daily, intensive use in professional tyre service. Thanks to its flat design, the roller board integrates seamlessly into existing workflows and sustainably increases efficiency in wheel fitting.
