The quick-change system for mounting heads optimises workflows during professional tyre mounting and noticeably increases productivity in everyday workshop use. It was specifically developed for flexible use with different rim types and enables workshops to carry out professional, rim-gentle processing of steel and aluminium wheels.

A simple screw connection allows the complete exchange of the mounting head in under 30 seconds – without the need for any additional tools. This enables a seamless change from the robust steel mounting head for standard applications to the protective plastic mounting head for sensitive light-alloy rims.

Additionally, the system offers an integrated fine toothing for precise angle adjustment of the mounting head. Especially with strongly varying wheel sizes, the angle of attack can thus be precisely adjusted to the respective rim contour within a few seconds. This reduces the load on the tyre bead and secures a permanently precise mounting process.

The quick-change system is characterised by its precision fit and simple handling and is compatible with the ATH M72, ATH M52 and ATH M32 tyre changers.
