When mounting and demounting truck, bus and trailer tyres, sensitive aluminium rims place high demands on the workshop's clamping technology. The truck aluminium rim clamping jaw set, consisting of four precision-manufactured clamping components, was specially developed for use on the ATH 7228, ATH 7258, M156 and M126 truck tyre changers. It enables form-fit, extremely stable wheel retention, without notches, scratches or other material damage occurring on the rim flange and in the clamping area.

The matched material composition and optimised geometry of the clamping jaws ensure an even distribution of clamping forces across the entire contact surface. This reliably prevents the rim from slipping even when transmitting high torque and heavy mounting forces. The use of this accessory set not only protects the value retention of the customer's rims, but also increases process reliability and work efficiency in all operations at the mounting table.
