The kit for the ATH M72 and ATH M52 tyre changers, in conjunction with the ATH A34 auxiliary mounting arm, complies with the strict guidelines of the WDK certification. It enables the professional, WDK-compliant mounting and demounting of ultra-high-performance (UHP) and run-flat tyres. The special tools included in the set ensure comprehensive protection of the tyre and rim throughout the entire workflow in workshop operation.

An offset mounting lever ensures effortless demounting of the tyre. The integrated spacer for the bead breaker reliably prevents the tyre shoulder from being damaged by the bead breaker blade penetrating too deeply. An additional plastic guard further protects the tyre from damage during the bead-breaking process.

Hold-down rollers provide controlled guidance during the mounting processes, ensuring precise positioning within the permissible contact area. A rotating bead hold-down keeps the tyre damage-free beneath the rim shoulder, complemented by a screw-on bead hold-down for particularly large wheels. A flexible bead hold-down chain makes it possible to press the tyre down into the rim flange at multiple points and hold it there. A rim flange protector for particularly gentle tyre mounting completes the scope of delivery.
