The ATH W®102 is a manually operated, microprocessor-controlled wheel balancer specifically designed for flexible and economical service on truck, bus, van and car wheels. The distance, rim diameter and rim width are entered manually, giving the operator full control over the measuring setup and guaranteeing high robustness in demanding daily workshop use. Control and data output are handled via an ergonomically arranged front control panel and a clear LED monitor that digitally displays the exact weight position. A generous weight console with numerous storage compartments ensures tidiness and quick access to consumables.

The machine's mechanical concept is designed for maximum efficiency with minimal space and equipment requirements. A particular technological highlight is the integrated lifting function: since the complete balancing unit, together with the already clamped wheel, can be mechanically lifted, no separate, maintenance-intensive wheel lift is required in the workshop. This protects the health of the operating personnel and reduces set-up times. The manual wheel drive is complemented by a mechanical hand brake to safely lock the wheel in place for exact weight application. With a total of five specialised balancing programs for static and dynamic measurements, as well as dedicated ALU programs in truck or car mode, the ATH W®102 offers the flexibility needed for a wide range of wheel-tyre combinations in the professional commercial vehicle segment.
