The ATH 7258 represents the top class of electro-hydraulic truck tyre changers and was specially developed for the demanding mounting of heavy commercial vehicle, agricultural machinery and construction site wheels. The highly efficient system combines a powerful electro-hydraulic drive for lifting, lowering and clamping with an electric drive for the precise rotary movement of the clamping arms. Four robust clamping claws secure rim sizes of up to 58 inches absolutely reliably.

For maximum automation and ergonomics, both the mounting arm and the complete clamping arm assembly can be moved hydraulically in the longitudinal direction and are fully automatically rotatable and foldable. This minimises the physical effort required by the operator and significantly speeds up the entire mounting process. With two selectable mounting speeds of 5 and 10 revolutions per minute, the system can be flexibly adapted to the respective tyre type.

Thanks to its extremely robust design, the machine processes wheel and tyre combinations with a diameter of up to 2,600 mm safely and precisely. Control is flexibly managed via a mobile operating unit equipped with sensitive joysticks and foot pedals to ensure an optimal view of all work areas. With optionally available accessories, the machine is also excellently equipped for the material-friendly handling of aluminium rims.
