The ATH M®33 is a powerful and reliable passenger-car tyre changer, specifically designed for permanent use in professional everyday workshop operations. The pneumatically controllable rear-pivot unit enables comfortable positioning and guarantees excellent torsional rigidity during the mounting process. This process is supported by a precise, pneumatic locking of the mounting head, which ensures deviation-free work on the rim.

Wheels are clamped via a pre-settable, self-centring 4-jaw clamping system. This is driven by two double-acting aluminium clamping cylinders and provides a generous external clamping range of up to 22 inches to fix a wide variety of rim types absolutely securely. For the demounting step, the lateral bead breaker with its double-acting aluminium cylinder delivers a powerful and finely dosable pressing force, which releases the tyre bed from the rim flange in a controlled and material-friendly manner.

The system is optimally designed for passenger-car wheels and can be flexibly upgraded with optional accessories for working on motorcycle wheels. The scope of delivery includes a hand tyre inflator, a tyre lever and an integrated maintenance unit, ensuring immediate commissioning and lasting operational safety in workshop operation.
