The ATH M®33 A24 is a powerful and robust passenger-car tyre changer, specifically developed for intensive use in professional everyday workshop operations. The pneumatic rear-pivot unit enables comfortable positioning and ensures high torsional rigidity during the mounting process, supported by precise pneumatic mounting head clamping. The right-mounted, pneumatic assist mounting arm ensures noticeably relieved and material-friendly workflows, efficiently assisting the operator when mounting demanding wheel-tyre combinations.

Wheels are clamped via a pre-settable, self-centring 4-jaw clamping system. This is driven by two double-acting aluminium clamping cylinders and offers a generous external clamping range of up to 22 inches for consistently secure hold. The lateral bead breaker, also fitted with a double-acting aluminium cylinder, delivers powerful and precise dosing when releasing the tyre from the rim.

The system is optimally designed for passenger-car wheels and can be flexibly extended with optional accessories for working on motorcycle wheels. The machine is delivered ready for operation, including a hand tyre inflator, tyre lever and an integrated maintenance unit, guaranteeing immediate commissioning and consistent operational safety.
